The Resolution of Our Clients Legal Issues
At Stanley Family Law our lawyers have extensive experience in each unique area of family law. Our objective is to assist clients in coming to resolutions with their legal issues in a way that best suits our clients wishes and demands. At our firm client satisfaction is our top priority and our mandate is to apply our professional skill set and attempt to resolve our clients issues in a cost effective and time efficient manner.
The Negotiation of Domestic Contracts
Our lawyers at Stanley Family Law place a large emphasis upon the negotiation process when drafting agreements. Whether it be by way of telephone conference calls or four way negotiation meetings it is our objective to focus on settling all of the open issues so that we can draft the resolution into a written agreement. Once the agreement is consummated by both parties it can be filed with the local court. Once filed the agreement becomes a court order which makes the contract binding upon both parties. Any breach of the said contract can have consequences in court if remedies are sought.
Parenting Plans & Residential Access Schedules
Stanley Family Law also has extensive experience negotiating and drafting parenting plans and residential access schedules. These agreements are prepared in a similar methodical process as are domestic contracts. The main difference is the content of the agreement. With parenting plans and residential access schedules we focus on implementing a workable parenting plan that is in the best interests of the child or children which incorporates a finely detailed residential access schedule. Our intent is to draft an agreement that incorporates our clients proposed regime so that both parents abide by its terms without further conflict or contention.
